Members are able to book a regular floodlit court slot in the evenings....normally members can get a slot for the whole season, though this may be more difficult this winter while the indoor courts are under construction.
However, you should still apply as any slots will be shared among applicants at least until the indoor courts are ready for use. Once the indoor courts are available, you can opt for a regular block booking slot indoors or out
Read the attached information then complete an application for either a floodlit court booking or an indoor court booking (or both if you wish!)
If you are still unsure of anything after reading the info or need any more details, simply contact the club

We were also able to host the event without any noticeable impact on members. For this year however we are hampered by the fact that 7 courts are out of action but the committee still felt that we should retain the event and try to manage allocation of the courts as best as we can.
The plan is to have most courts available to members each day at the recognised popular times and then allocate them to the tournament at all other times. So we are confident that most members will still be able to play at their usual time especially given that the last week in August is one of our quieter weeks.
For that week it is recommended therefore that members book ahead or at least check on court availability before turning up to play.
Memebrs co-operation and understanding is appreciated for this year....next year we will be back to full compliment of courts.
