NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
Notice is hereby given that the Annual General Meeting of the
Winchester Tennis and Squash Club will take place at the Club on
Thursday 27th May 2010 at 7.30pm. All members are invited to attend
and all those who are present, other than junior members under the
age of eighteen in the present year, will be entitled to vote.

- Matters arising from item 2
- Reports for year 2009/10
- Fitness
- Tennis
- Squash
- Croquet
- Bridge
- Accounts for the year 2009/10 and Budget for the year 2010/11
and a report by the Treasurer. (copies of the accounts and budget
will be available from reception 7 days before the AGM)
- The Chairman's Report
- Elections for 2010/11 in accordance with Rule 3
- The President - The Treasurer - Independent firm of chartered
accountants
- The Chairman of the 4 standing Sub Committees (Tennis, Squash,
Fitness and Croquet) and 5 members of the Management Committee
- The General Managers Report
- Any other business, including any motions proposed by members
of which 7 days prior written notice has been given.
Nominations for election (item 7) and notice of any motion which
a member may wish to propose (item 10) should reach the General
Manager, in writing by 7.00pm on the 20th May 2010.
