A new year... a new you

We have lots of new classes for you all to try and best of all; your first class is "FREE".
Pick up your voucher from the gym team or reception and start varying that fitness regime.

A studio class is the best way to keep you motivated after a hard day at work, try not to fall into the trap of "I'll go tomorrow", go today, you'll feel so much better and you'll meet some great people on the way.

Bring a friend along, as you don't need to be a member to take part in our studio classes.
Let me give you run down of what each class entails……….

  • CIRCUITS:   A fun varied class packed full of heart pounding, body sculpting exercises. Suitable for all ages and abilities
  • LEGS, BUMS, TUMS: Low impact training, concentrating on deep toning.
  • PILATES:   An effective, medically-approved, holistic approach to exercise. It develops body awareness, improves posture and can help rehabilitation after injury. Suitable for all abilities and ages.
  • YOGA:   An eclectic fusion of traditional hatha yoga with inspiration from various other styles. It works on cardiovascular conditioning, strength building, flexibility, toning and relaxation. Run as a course.
  • BODY PUMP:  A revolutionary work out that strengthens tones and defines every muscle in your body. Feel strong and get challenged. This class uses barbells and adjustable weights.
  • KICK BOXING:  An all over physical workout, guaranteed to bring you out in a sweat. If you want some fast pace action, join this class and feel unleashed.
