We won the Premier Division for the 2nd year running and third year out of the last four, with a record of only two rubbers lost out of the 64 played.

This is the second best performance in the history of the Apsley League; beaten only by the Winchester side captained by Brian Birch some 20 years ago, who managed a clean sweep for the season.

As usual the season culminated in a head to head against Hampshire Club in September. This was a high quality match with three of the rubbers going to a third set. Highlight of the day was Nick Ame's performance as he was carried through the mixed doubles by his sister only to team up with Elliot Wood and proceed to play the lead in their comfortable victory over The Hampshire Club number one pair.
