Fitness Camps in August....

Rebecca is running fitness camps at the club throughout August. Sessions every day Monday to Friday from 3-5PM.

For juniors age 8-14.....a variety of fitness activities in the gym and in the studio.... introduction to fitness, fun fitness games, cardio, stretch, conditioning ...all aimed at junior members.

£10 per 2 hour session..click here for application form / info
