Want to play at a specific time but all courts are already
booked?
You can set up an email notification that will let you know if a
court has been cancelled at a time you specify.
How?
• log on to bookings
• click on the "notify me" button
• enter the date and times between which you
want to play
• select the activity and click OK
You will then receive an email if any court is cancelled that
meets your criteria.
You can also control whether you receive automatic
notifications of bookings, cancellations and peak time
cancellations
Click on the "my details" button when you are logged in to the
bookings page and you will see some optional tick boxes
• confirmation emails - click
on this box to receive confirmation emails every time
o a court is booked in your name
o a court in your name is cancelled
o another member books a court and names you as
the opponent
• reminder emails - click on this box
to receive a reminder of a booking that you have made. The reminder
is sent overnight on the night before the booking is due to take
place
• email peak time cancellations
- click on this box and you will receive notification of any courts
that are cancelled in peak time for whatever activity your
membership allows you to book
• include In public list - click on
this box if you want your name and contact details to be viewable
by other members ("player list" button on top right of
screen) - this can be useful for other members being able to
contact you to arrange matches etc. note that your details are
viewable by members only who are signed in to the website - not
open to general public.
